Are there any set-up fees?
There are typically no set-up fees for contracts of 12-months or more, unless there is a significant technical lift to get started, or custom development is requested.
How does billing work?
We keep it as simple as possible. As a SaaS company, we set up Stripe for easy monthly billing. First month due in advance.
Who manages Prizing for winners?
We have a Winners Portal that you get access to, and either you can fulfill the prizes or Chalkline can do it and get reimbursed.
Do you do custom software development?
Our platform is flexible and powerful and has many integrations already in place, so we don't typically have a need to. We typically include most custom integrations in an Enterprise package.
What else am I responsible for here?
The only thing you have to factor into your marketing budget is the prizes that you post for the promotions. We help you manage the budget and check in on prizing during our planning sessions.
